BUYING VINTAGE AND HANDMADE

All vintages pieces are preloved and have lived a life of adventure before, which means they will show signs of age. All handmade pieces may also have their own uniqueness and character. We do our very best to point out any major flaws on all of our listings. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our pieces. 

IN-HOUSE GARMENTS

All of our in-house garments have been thoughtfully designed by Richelle Navales-Yau with the joy of life and the journey of motherhood in mind. They are all sustainably handmade with natural fibers, most of which are deadstock. Every garment has been crafted with love by a small team of artisans located in Los Angeles, California. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 4-7 business days for your gorgeous garment to arrive. If your specific garment is made to order, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

We are a slow fashion, intentional brand. At this time, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We are a very small brand, and Dancing Kind currently operates as a one-woman team with some help. However, we always want to make things right. Just like stated above, please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever have any questions or concerns. We are more than happy to help you.

RETURN POLICY

All items are final sale. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there happens to be an issue with your purchase.

If you would like to request an exchange, please reach out to shopdancingkind@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds, but we are able to offer store credit in the event of an exchange. Any requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted. All exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover reshipment of any items. 

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are considered final. Once the package has been picked up by USPS, it is out of our hands. We will do our best to resolve any issues with USPS should complications arise. Please reach out to us if concerns do come up with USPS and delivery. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped out via USPS first class or priority mail in the United States within 4-7 business days. If you are ordering from another country, other shipping options will show up at checkout. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for rates.

Please be sure your address is correct when placing an order. We are not able to reroute packages after they have been shipped. We are not responsible or liable for any packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. Please communicate with your carriers about deliveries if any concerns arise. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Packages are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Once a label has been created, tracking information will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking results to become available.

MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS: If your in-house garment is made to order, it will take longer to ship. We will always contact the customer if wait time extends beyond listed time frame. We appreciate your love, your support, and your patience. Once it arrives, we deeply hope it makes you want to do many happy dances. :)
