Shipping and Return Policy
IN-HOUSE GARMENTS
All of our in-house garments have been thoughtfully designed by Richelle Navales-Yau with the joy of life and the journey of motherhood in mind. They are all sustainably handmade with natural fibers, most of which are deadstock. We work directly with family-owned businesses based in Los Angeles, Jaipur, and Manila for the slow production of our in-house garments. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship unless otherwise notes. If your specific in-house garment is made to order or a preorder, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Dancing Kind is a small, intentional brand. Our garments are produced in limited quantities through slow, small-batch production, and many are handmade using deadstock or natural fibers. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.
That said, we care deeply about our customers and always want to make things right.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you would like to request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at shopdancingkind@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked final sale, including Archive or Sample sale pieces, are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship via USPS Ground or Priority Mail within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Made-to-order or preorder items will have extended timelines clearly stated on the product page.
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery, but we are happy to assist you in communicating with USPS if issues arise.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees charged upon delivery.
