The Market Dress is inspired by Richelle's Lola. The kind of garment you can lounge in at home, wear to the farmer's market, or even to date night. Our Market Dress was intentionally designed with a drawstring neckline and side seam pockets. It is a very open silhouette and can easily be worn on repeat (the Dancing Kind rule forever and ever).

Market Dress Care Instructions
Our cotton fabrics have been printed by hand, which often results in minor color variations between shirts. This is normal and part of the beauty of hand-printed cotton fabrics. Handwash and hang to dry recommended to preserve the print vibrance. However, it can also be washed on delicate cold cycle only with tumble dry low. Some wrinkles after a wash? Please use a steamer, iron, or spritz with water to make it feel new. We proudly designed our Signature Big Shirt in partnership with a family-owned team of artisans based in Jaipur, India.

If your order includes a preorder, please note the estimated date of shipping on the product and checkout page.

If your order includes made-to-order item, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page. This timeframe reflects the care involved in small-batch garment making.

Dancing Kind is a very small independent brand producing garments in limited quantities through slow, small-batch production. Because of this, We are unable to offer refunds on purchases. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery minus shipping. If there is an issue caused by our error or the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees charged upon delivery.

 

We recommend hand washing separately in cold water and hanging to dry to help preserve the color and shape of your garment. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle with cold water and tumble dry low only.
